[Announcement regarding Golden Week 2026!] Hiroshima's biggest festival, the Flower Festival 🪻🌷 I used to enjoy it as a customer every year. I was actually invited this year, Karma-san, who sets up a stall every year I'll be joining you for three days, from May 3rd to May 5th! 🎉 Therefore, our store will be closed from May 3rd to May 5th. 🙇‍♂️ We'll also announce it on the calendar! Chef Kambara and I are the same age. With my cute little sister-like Kaya-chan, Hashimoto-san, the store manager, is like an older brother to us and keeps everything together. 👨🧔‍♂️👧 The unbalanced combination of three strong personalities The balance is (and I mean that as a compliment) pleasant. The food and drinks are delicious, and the atmosphere is wonderful. ☺️ (I'm sure you're familiar with this popular restaurant...!) I'm sorry to say this, but we're on friendly terms on a regular basis, I hope we can do something together someday. We'll be setting up a stall very close by again this year! Since we close our shop every year to set up a stall, We put our heart and soul into both the food and the wine. It looks like this year's content will be great too ☺️ . And this year, as a special edition, we'll be featuring an Italian restaurant in Hiratsuka. Lucio-san @luciohiroshima We'll be working together for three days 🫶🏻 As some of you may already know, The fact that Kanhara and Lucio Yasuhara are the same age We're on friendly terms and get along well on a regular basis. A passionate love for Hiroshima's ingredients, especially oysters. Delicious food that reflects the diligent work of the chef. Pork belly braised in white wine 🐷 Braised pork belly that falls apart easily. Do not boil or stir together with the soffritto. We cooked it slowly and carefully over a long period of time! The sauce, where the fat and umami have naturally emulsified, and the tender meat... Serve it with mashed potatoes made with plenty of butter! Spaghetti Puttanesca with Bunta shiitake mushrooms from Osakikamijima Island 🍄‍🟫🍅 Located in the center of the Seto Inland Sea, in Osakikamijima Town It is run by a friend couple and their family. Large, meaty shiitake mushrooms from [Fumita Shiitake]! Shiitake mushrooms are my absolute favorite! 🤤 Italian food and shiitake mushrooms don't seem to go together very well, do they? 🙄 Pair it with a tangy tomato pasta. I made a pasta dish with a slightly Japanese feel to it 🍝 The umami of shiitake mushrooms and the umami of tomatoes actually go surprisingly well together! To many people I want everyone to know how delicious these shiitake mushrooms are!
